Advocacy & Accountability

Speaking up for a stronger, fairer emergency response system, and holding it to account for every life it touches.

Charles’ story shows that individual skill is not enough without a system that works. We advocate with policymakers, regulators, transport unions and health leaders for:

  • Faster, better-coordinated ambulance response
  • An end to emergency patients being turned away for lack of beds or upfront payment
  • Clear standards and accountability in emergency care
  • Road safety and bystander first-response awareness

We take this message to the public at events such as national road safety summits, and into the rooms where decisions are made.
